☘Диаграмма Удельного Веса
Под удельным весом понимается относительная плотность драгоценности, в частности, камня. Измеряться он может как относительная шкала плотности самоцвета к тому же измерению плотности воды. Итог выводится в виде числа, показывающего, в какой степени драгоценный минерал тяжелее того же объёма воды.
Если отталкиваться от научных источников, удельный вес показывается в качестве отношения массы нужного вещества к массе взятого подобного по объёму количества воды, при этом температуры её должна быть 4º. Если говорить о большинстве камней, то они зачастую плотнее воды раза в 3-4. Вес при этом выражается при помощи дроби, к примеру, для алмаза это значение будет 3.52. Самый плотный из всех минералов – это циркон, его вес около 4.73.
Данная величина считается главным параметром в определении камней, это может пригодиться как для самого покупателя драгоценностей, так и для специалиста, изучающего драгоценные камни. К слову сказать, камень в 1 карат с высоким уровнем удельного веса окажется по размерам меньше 1-каратного камня с уровнем удельного веса ниже. Нет ничего удивительного, что, к примеру, сапфир при покупке окажется меньше алмаза, зависеть размер будет от его более высокого уровня удельного веса. Если же говорить о, к примеру, турмалине в 5 карат, его размеры будут намного больше, чем вы могли подумать до покупки, так как этот минерал характерен своим невысоким удельным весом.
